Velune operates this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order, provided fulfillment has not already begun.
After this period, orders that have entered fulfillment may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be subject to our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Velune is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store.
However, purchases made from Velune are transactions between you and Velune.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Velune.
