Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been fulfilled. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Order changes

If you need to correct your shipping address or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are available within 1 hour of placing the order, provided fulfillment has not already begun.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed.
